The responsibility of the Artistic Committee is to recommend to the Board of Directors a schedule of shows and events for each season along with a production plan for each show or event.
The responsibility of the Marketing and Fundraising Committee is to promote, publicize, and advertise shows and events as well as to secure donations, grants, and sponsorships.
The responsibility of the Board of Directors is to manage all affairs, activities, and concerns of the organization. It is the comprised of dedicated members of ITC who are nominated and elected.
The responsibility of the Executive Committee is to act as a steering committee for the Board of Directors and to facilitate decision-making between board meetings or in urgent and crisis circumstances. It is comprised of elected board members known as Officers.
